  • When should I see results?

    Upon completion of the workshop session your vision is clear, now it's time to inspire the agency to support it and bring it to life. The first 100 days of action are critical to launching a winning vision. The changes you see over the next 6 months are real and encouraging.

  • When should I see results?

    Culture shift takes time. It is not immediate. Within the first 30 days after completing the workshop, declare your expectations of the cutlure you want to create. Plan on quarterly agency wide workshops to maintain and continue to evolve the expectations you set.
